This soap is great for exoliation as it has a light feel of ground coconut flakes, along with organic colloidal oats, so it is gentle on the skin but tough on exfoliation.  
 
It has a touch of kaolin clay, along with Brazilian clay, that both help with absorbing excess oil from the skin.
